Forest Bathing walks are very gentle, cover less than 1 mile and last between 1.5 – 3 hours. Clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather is advised (warm layers and water-tight footwear like wellies during this time of year is ideal). Rain provides a wide range of possibilities for nature connection. Only in cases of severe weather will the walk be cancelled or postponed. After you have booked your ticket you will be sent directions and forms for the day.
