Forest Therapy Walk Sunday 21st October, East Lothian

Anyone can sit at home and do stretches, right? You don’t need a yoga instructor. Anyone can go for a walk in the woods too right? You don’t need a guide. But if you are looking for a deeper experience, you should probably consider and allow yourself to be guided.
